SRR recognizes that our firm has much to contribute in the pursuit of providing opportunities to better various populations of people.  We have a proactive program called “SRR Shares” in which our mission is geared toward engaging our employees within the community.  We recognize that each and every individual that is part of our firm has the opportunity to make a difference, and even more so as a collective group.  As an organization, we encourage our employees to become involved as well as promote and support causes generally in the areas of education, health services, and humanitarian efforts.
 
As Individuals
SRR encourages employees to give of their time, talent, and resources to become personally involved in giving back to the community in which they are affiliated.  The following organizations are supported by SRR through an employee affiliation.

Collectively, we have the opportunity to impact the communities within which we do business.  Recognizing our responsibility to our surrounding communities, we endeavor to support at least three events per year per office with local charities and organizations, specifically those in which employees have special interests.
