Benefits

Our goal is to provide a compensation and benefits program that allow employees to choose what’s most important to them. Our selection of benefits offers a range of choices that can be tailored for your needs and life stage.

Medical

  • Traditional PPO. In-network and out-of-network benefit levels offer you a choice of providers with no referrals required. Prescription drug, routine physical exam and hearing care benefits are available through the Traditional PPO plan.
  • High-Deductible Health Plan with Health Savings Account (HSA). Participants pay the full cost of care until the annual deductible is satisfied, after which most medical expenses are covered 100% by the plan. Participants may be eligible to contribute on a pre-tax basis to an HSA that can be used to pay for qualified medical expenses.

Vision & Dental

  • Vision Care Program. For routine eye care, contacts or glasses.
  • Dental Coverage. For preventive care and restoration services.

Pre-Tax Accounts

  • Dependent Day Care. You may contribute up to $5,000 per year on a pre-tax basis for dependent day care.
  • Health Care Reimbursement Accounts. You may contribute up to $3,600 per year on a pre-tax basis for health care accounts.
  • Transportation Management. You may contribute on a pre-tax basis for eligible commuter or parking costs.

Savings and Retirement

  • A 401(k) savings plan.  Multiple investment options, matching contributions. Discretionary match/profit sharing.

Paid Time Off

  • Minimum of 10 days of PTO each year with additional PTO based on level and years of service.
  • Nine holidays. Seven designated and two floater holidays are available.

Philanthropy

  • 8 hours of PTO per year to participate in community service activities
  • Matching contributions of up to $100 per year

  • SRR offers flexible work schedules on an individual basis whenever practicable to meet the diverse needs of our employees.

  • Internal Employee Resource Groups. Internal networking opportunities throughout the company
  • Professional designation reimbursement. Reimbursement for the achievement of certain designations is available.  
  • Membership in business, civic, and professional organizations. Reimbursement is available for annual dues and fees for certain organizations.
  • Service anniversary awards. SRR celebrates those employees with a long-term relationship with the firm by providing them with a gift of their choice for certain milestone anniversaries.
