CHICAGO / April 4, 2016 – Stout Risius Ross (SRR), a global advisory firm specializing in Investment Banking, Valuation & Financial Opinions, and Dispute Advisory & Forensic Services announced today that Simon Heaton has joined the firm as its new Chief Senior Talent Officer. In this role, Heaton will partner with the firm’s leadership to identify, develop, and recruit senior-level practice professionals. He will report directly to CEO Craige Stout.

Heaton has more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of talent management, spanning Europe, Asia and the Americas. Prior to joining SRR, Heaton was Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Barclays where he led the global executive resourcing team responsible for hiring and succession planning the top roles in Barclays. Before Barclays he was Senior Director of Global Recruiting for Walmart, where he held roles in Hong Kong, Canada and the U.S.
Heaton holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University in Canada.
