Kevin M. Pierce is a Director in the Dispute Advisory & Forensic Services Group. He is experienced in providing business and financial consulting advice to trial lawyers throughout the dispute process, including matters involving breach of contract, antitrust litigation, intellectual property infringement and fraud and forensic investigations. He has also performed and managed other engagements involving complex contract analyses, risk assessments and related issues, and financial modeling.

In addition to his role as co-leader of SRR’s Energy practice, Mr. Pierce’s experience encompasses private and publicly held companies in a wide array of industries. These include, but are not limited to, manufacturing, distribution, construction, healthcare, retail, real estate, professional services, financial services and not-for-profit organizations. He also has experience in working with governmental agencies.

Prior to joining SRR, Mr. Pierce was a Senior Associate at The Siegfried Group, LLP, a national consulting firm. Previous work experience also includes providing audit, review, compilation, internal control review and remediation, and other accounting and consulting services at public accounting firms in Ohio, Colorado and South Carolina.

Mr. Pierce is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
