Michael Amacker is a Managing Director in the Valuation & Financial Opinions Group.  He is responsible for business development and account management activities for the firm.  Mr. Amacker has extensive experience working with public and large private companies, transaction attorneys, financial sponsors, and accounting and tax professionals throughout the Southeastern United States. 

Mr. Amacker has extensive experience with Fortune 500, middle market, and international companies involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and restructuring, ad valorem taxation, collateral financing, fairness and solvency opinions, ESOPs, bankruptcy and reorganization and other financial reporting, tax valuation and transaction related matters.

Prior to joining SRR, Mr. Amacker was a Managing Director of business development at American Appraisal Associates. During his time there, he also served as Vice President and Regional Manager.  Mr. Amacker also has experience in real estate investment banking.

Mr. Amacker is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
