Patrick A. Brown is a Managing Director of the Valuation & Financial Opinions Group. He is responsible for business development and account management activities for the firm. Mr. Brown has extensive experience working with public companies, transaction attorneys, financial sponsors, and accounting professionals throughout the Ohio region.
He assists clients with valuations associated with mergers & acquisitions, investments & liabilities, restricted stock & options, tangible & intangible assets, goodwill impairment testing and a variety of tax and legal matters. He also works with boards of directors, special transaction committees, lenders and other fiduciaries regarding fairness and solvency opinions, divestitures, recapitalizations, restructuring, accretion/dilution models, and target company valuations. Mr. Brown has extensive experience in the area of financial reporting for both public and private clients.
Prior to joining SRR, Mr. Brown was with RR Donnelley as a Senior Sales Representative in their Global Capital Markets Group.
Mr. Brown is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Turnaround Management Association, and Financial Executives International for both the Northeast Ohio and Cincinnati chapters. Mr. Brown also serves on the board for the American Cancer Society Greater Cleveland Golf Classic.
